The AberFest Festival alternates with the Breizh – Kernow Festival that is held in Brandivy and Bignan in (Breizh/Bretagne – France) on the alternate years.

After several years of visiting Lowender Peran and strengthening links, Pasco and Lorho, organised the first “Breizh – Kernow Festival” in 1987 (Breizh being Breton for Brittany and Kernow being Cornish for Cornwall) in Brandivy, in the Morbihan region of Brittany.
In 1952 the battle was commemorated by the nationalist group Koun Breizh, who funded the erection of a statue of Nominoë by the artist Raffig Tullou in Bains-sur-Oust, near the site of the victory.
Brandivy is notable for its "Breizh - Kernow Festival" (Breizh = Brittany in Breton; Kernow = Cornwall, United Kingdom, in the Cornish language) which takes place at Easter.
The MFV Bugaled Breizh is a French trawler from Loctudy, Finistère, whose sinking with all hands on January 15, 2004 remains unresolved.
The album's liner notes state that the music was selected from a publication entitled Tonioù Breizh-Izel (Traditional Tunes from Lower Brittany), which contains over 3,000 tunes collected by Polig Monjarret, who collaborated with Paddy Moloney in choosing the tunes for the album.
In 1997, İzel released her second solo album titled Emanet which featured Mustafa Sandal on the opening track as well as listing him as a producer.
His 2004 cantata for the male choir "Mouezh Paotred Breizh", "Ce Pays vers la mer, Bro ar mor braz, this land and the sea" was recorded in 2005 and distributed by Coop Breizh at Spézet.
The country was represented by a trio composed of İzel -Reyhan-Can with the song “İki Dakika” written by Aysel Gürel and composed by Şevket Uğurluel.
