Charles Conrad Abbott (1843–1919), American archaeologist and naturalist
He was a corresponding member of the Boston Society of Natural History, a member of the American Philosophical Society of Philadelphia, and a fellow of the Royal Society of Antiquaries of the North in Copenhagen.
Along with his colleague Charles Conrad Abbott, Volk is best known for his 22-year investigation of early human occupation of the Delaware Valley.
