Charles Dvorak

In 1910, Dvorak was employed in helping to organize the Union Title and Trust Company of Okanogan County, Washington.

From at least 1914 to 1917, he was the Chief Deputy Assessor of Stevens County, Washington, at Colville, in the northeastern part of the state.

Dvorak spent the months of August and September 1908 in the Big Horn Mountains of Wyoming.
