Clare O'Neil became the youngest female mayor in Australian history when she served as Mayor of Greater Dandenong from 2003 to 2004.
Donohoe was a member of the City of Greater Dandenong Muso Network, booked many of the alternative bands at The Venue, and was involved in the Decimus Gnu compilation CD.
Its official release, however, was in Melbourne on August 3, 2008, with special guest Mr Yuhorn Chea, the former mayor of the City of Greater Dandenong.
