On March 15, 1977, Haaretz journalist Dan Margalit revealed that a joint dollar account in the names of Yitzhak and Leah Rabin, opened in a Washington, D.C., bank during Rabin's term of office as Israel ambassador (1968-73), was still open, in breach of Israeli law.
Yitzhak became Prime Minister in 1974 following Golda Meir's resignation, but in 1977 a US Dollar bank account (illegal at that time in Israel) held by Leah was exposed by Haaretz journalist Dan Margalit.

The show, at the time, was about to return with its regular format (on the same commercial channel 10), however, the original creators demanded from the host, Journalist Dan Margalit to remove the original title-name 'Popolitica', for various Copyright reasons, and the old-new show was renamed 'Moetzet HaHakhamim' (lit. Council of Toarh Scholars).
