Dan Hoard is a radio sportscaster who calls games for the Cincinnati Bengals with Dave Lapham.
He played with them until 1984, when he signed a 10-year guaranteed personal services contract with business tycoon Donald Trump, the majority owner of the New Jersey Generals.

His nephew, Richard Lapham, earned first-team accolades as a high schooler at Souhegan High School in Amherst, New Hampshire in 2005 and played offensive tackle for Boston College.
