Dave Manders

In 1967 during pre-season, he suffered a career-threatening right knee injury and missed the entire season, upon his return he served as a backup to Mike Connelly and Malcolm Walker, until he returned to form and took his job back in 1970.


Blaine Nye

He played right guard between Hall of Famer offensive tackle Rayfield Wright (1970–1976) and Dave Manders (1970–1972) or John Fitzgerald (1973–1976) at center and helped anchor a dominant offensive line that led the Cowboys to three Super Bowls in that time.
