Perpetuum Music was founded in 2009 by Den Sokolov in Russia as a managing company for the series of events and a media projects, and as a partner of recording companies: "Nikitin" (Warner Music licensee in Russia and CIS) on the promotion of its artists and tracks, "MLYN" (Ukrainian managing company, well known as an official management for Taisia Povaliy), and "King Ring" (independent hip-hop label in Russia and CIS).
After leaving the company "Nikitin" by Den Sokolov and founding his own company "Perpetuum Music", radio show "Atlantica" was aimed for premieres of new music from different record-labels.
