She was a participant in the Humanity 3000 dialogues of the Foundation for the Future and in the Synthesis Dialogues with the Dalai Lama in Dharamsala.
The duo were formed in Dharamsala, India in 2005 by John Bliss (aka Zoulou) and Anthea Bliss after they moved to the Himalayas from London in the mid 1990s.
The first literary journal of such writers was Jangzhon (1990–97), which was succeeded by several different independent periodicals; and the First National Conference of Tibetan Writers, organised by the Amnye Machen Institute, was held from 15–17 March 1995 at Dharamsala, India.
They finally bought a church property previously used for furloughs by missionaries at Dharamkot, set amongst snow-capped mountains in beautiful deodar forests, well above McLeod Ganj, Dharamsala, at an altitude of about 2,200 metres (7,218 feet).
On arrival in Dharamsala, he was appointed as the Spiritual Advisor to His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama.
Traditionally located within the Potala Palace, and charged with various ritual tasks connected with the Dalai Lama, the parent monastery in 1959 relocated to Dharamsala along with the Tibetan exile government.
In 1991 he entered the Institute of Buddhist Dialectics, Dharamsala to learn both the Sutra and Tantra teachings of the Lord Buddha and completed his studies in 2003.
He is best known for his installation in Dharamsala which consists of 20,000 kg of Tibetan soil from Shigatse.
