After the sale to the GLI, The Greyhound Corporation changed its name to the Greyhound-Dial Corporation, then the Dial Corporation, then the Viad Corporation.
On December 15, 2008, The Dial/Henkel Consumer Goods Inc moved into its new company headquarters at North Scottsdale Road and Loop 101 just a few miles north of its old location.
They placed the furniture brands with Sara Lee and the air freshener with Dial, and were released early from the prior approval requirement.
Also during his time at ASU, Golden served as a Special Advisor to the Mayor of Phoenix on Sustainable Technologies, a Special Advisor for Sustainability to the management team at the Dial Corporation and helped found the ASU chapter of Engineers Without Borders.
