Dylan John Hughes (born 23 January 1985 in Vancouver) is a former Canadian born Welsh footballer and current director of sport from Bayernliga side SC Fürstenfeldbruck.

He left in summer 2008 the Netherlands and joined to Greek Beta Ethniki club APS Makedonikos Neapoli and played in 25 games for the club, before in summer 2009 returned to Germany.
