EMD SW1 101 was sold to the Pittsburgh and Ohio Valley Railway where it continued its service into the 1990s and possibly later as Pittsburgh and Ohio Valley Railway 5.
With Rosi-Clare's departure, a new EMD SW1 switcher would later be purchased from the former Sahara Coal Company as a replacement.

The modern roster only comprises one EMD SW1, and two EMD SW1200's, all of which are fully painted into CO&E's present scheme; however their individual colors correspond to their own district's local high school colors.
WRIX SW1 #1001 is currently stored out-of-service as a backup for the #82.
SW-1 #8408 was built in 1940 by EMC of General Motors and served the B&O in freight service on the Landenberg Branch until 1982.
