Chesterfield Market Place railway station

The hotel, named after the Duke of Portland, on whose estate much of the railway ran, was officially opened Christmas 1899 by the Earl of Rosebery Archibald Primrose.

Dalmeny

The most notable earl was Archibald Primrose, 5th Earl of Rosebery, who served as Prime Minister from 1894 to 1895.

Apart from its parish church, the most significant building is the 19th-century Dalmeny House, to the east of the village, which is the home of the Earls of Rosebery.

Rosebery, New South Wales

Rosebery was named after Archibald Phillip Primrose, the fifth Earl of Rosebery, Prime Minister of the United Kingdom in 1894–95.
