Dominick Edward Blake (1833–1912), Premier of Ontario, Canada, 1871–1872
In the 1892 election, Blake entered the British House of Commons as an Irish Nationalist Member of Parliament (MP) for the constituency of South Longford in the centre of Ireland.
Samuel Hume Blake (31 August 1835 – 23 June 1914) was the son of William Hume Blake, an Irish-Canadian jurist and politician, and the brother of Edward Blake, the second Premier of Ontario.
