Edward Harold Davies (usually known as Harold) (18 July 1867 - 1 July 1947) was professor of music at Adelaide University, Principal of the Elder Conservatorium, and brother of Sir Walford Davies.

He emigrated to Australia in 1886, returned to England in 1890 where he was appointed organist at the Chapel Royal, then returned to Australia where he founded the South Australia Orchestra (later to become the Adelaide Symphony Orchestra) and played a leading role in the teaching and examination of music.
Walford's brothers Charlie and Harold were, successively, organists at Christ Church succeeding their uncle, Charlie from the age of eleven.
