Jacob Brønnum Scavenius Estrup, (16 April 1825 – 24 December 1913), was a Danish politician, member of the Højre party.

In 1877 Estrup was unable to secure support for his budget bill in Folketinget, as demanded by the Danish Constitution, but chose instead to issue it as a provisional law.

In 1894, Venstre and Estrup's Højre cooperated to pass a budget bill, and Estrup resigned.
In 1846, the estate became the inheritance of Jacob Brønnum Scavenius Estrup from his father Hector Frederik Janson Estrup who was a landowner.
At this time, Denmark was in political turmoil, as the Council President Estrup had bypassed democratic rule and governed through decrees.
During the constitutional struggle against the prime minister Estrup from Højre he became one of the central figures.
