In April 1999, Rockdelux began to issue complimentary CDs as a free gift with the magazine, each one generally acting as a sampler for a particular record label, such as Warp Records, Fierce Panda Records and Sub Pop records.
Their first single, in 2005, was "You're the Loser", on the indie label Fierce Panda Records.

The band achieved limited success in the early 2000s, releasing 3 albums in total; Better Ways to Self Destruct, This Is Where I Stand and Kill the Last Romantic on Fierce Panda Records and Jive Records before parting ways in August 2004.
