Charlotte Frances Frederica Spencer VA (née Seymour) (28 September 1835 – 31 October 1903) was a daughter of Frederick Charles William Seymour (a son of Lord Hugh Seymour) and Lady Augusta Hervey (a daughter of the 1st Marquess of Bristol).

Lord Bristol gave Ó hAmhsaigh three guineas and ground rent free to build a house, joining the family at the housewarming.
Hervey was born in 1834 at Bristol House, Putney Heath, the son of Frederick Hervey, Lord Jermyn (later the 2nd Marquess of Bristol).
Like many other artists in Rome he also acted as a dealer, working with Gavin Hamilton and Thomas Jenkins, and negotiating sales of antiquities to Frederick Hervey and John Campbell.
She is the youngest daughter of the 6th Marquess of Bristol and his third wife Yvonne Marie Sutton, half-sister of the 7th Marquess of Bristol, and Lord Nicholas Hervey, both deceased, and sister of the 8th Marquess of Bristol and Lady Victoria Hervey.
My Early Dreams was dedicated to Elizabeth Albana, wife of Frederick Hervey, 1st Marquess of Bristol.
The 6th Marquess (d. 1985) was buried in Menton (France) for 25 years until the 8th Marquess had him reinterred in the vault of Ickworth Church in October 2010.

The couple had three additional children, such that Nicholas's other half-siblings were Fred, the 8th Marquess, at whose Catholic christening Nicholas stood godfather, and the media personalities Lady Victoria Hervey and Lady Isabella Hervey (the face of Playboy UK).
He was married twice: first, to Lady Georgiana Spencer (1757–1806); second, to Lady Elizabeth Foster, née Hervey (1759–1824), daughter of the 4th Earl of Bristol, who had been his mistress and his first wife's friend and confidante for more than twenty years.
