Fushimi bugyō (伏見奉行) – Magistrates or municipal administrators of Fushimi (post-1620).
During 1562, after the fall of Odaka-jo Hayashi Narinaga began working for Mōri Motonari as a karō and Ginzan-bugyo (mining official) at the Iwami Ginzan Silver Mine silver mines.
On one account, this controversial appointment (which deprived Yasui Sanchi of his official positions) was handled by the Jisha-bugyō by summoning a meeting of all concerned parties, including the shogidokoro Ohashi Sokei.
Kōriki Kiyonaga (1530-1608) was a hereditary retainer of the Tokugawa clan, who served Tokugawa Ieyasu as bugyō of Sunpu and was made daimyō of Iwatsuki Domain (20,000 koku) in Musashi Province in 1590 after the Tokugawa were transferred to the Kantō region by Toyotomi Hideyoshi.
However, the clan’s fortunes revived under Shogun Tokugawa Yoshimune, with the appointment of the talented Ōoka Tadasuke to the position of Edo Machi-bugyō.
