Riot police eventually managed to push the rioters away from Georgia, onto Granville Street and Robson Street, where the rioters then caused further substantial damage, breaking the windows of several shops and looting, such as a Future Shop, a Sears and a Chapters bookstore.

Clovelly Trails

Since being developed in the late 1990s, the area has undergone tremendous growth with such businesses as Boston Pizza, Costco, Dominion Supermarket, Future Shop, Wal-Mart, Old Navy and McDonalds moving into the area.

The most prominent example is Future Shop, with the album being out on shelves before the release date, September 9.

West Royalty, Prince Edward Island

Further big box store development in the 1990s and 2000s initially spurred by the establishment of the province's first big box store (a Sobeys supermarket) in the vicinity of the mall has seen stores such as Canadian Tire, Future Shop, and Walmart Canada locate in the area.

Adventure Electronics

With the demise of Adventure Electronics in 1998, this left Future Shop as its only big-box consumer electronics retailer until Best Buy acquired Future Shop in 2001, leading for Best Buy to open locations in Canada for 2002.

Lambton Mall

As Sears relocated to Lambton Mall in 2002, Sobeys (later converted to a Price Choppers one year later), Home Depot and Future Shop also added locations on Exmouth Street across from the mall.

Promenades Saint-Bruno

Outdoor tenants of Promenades Saint-Bruno include Best Buy, Sears Decor, Old Navy, Boston Pizza, Future Shop, Pier 1 Imports and Moores.
