League of Blind Women was a short-lived all-star alternative rock band that included Robert Buck (lead guitar) from 10,000 Maniacs, Jerry Augustyniak (drums) from 10,000 Maniacs, Casey Orr (bass) from Gwar and Rigor Mortis, Mike Scaccia (guitar) from Ministry and Rigor Mortis, Kol Marshall (keyboards) from Critical Mass and See No Evil, and Chris Kelly (vocals).
Following after GWAR's retreat from battle in War Is All We Know, Murderer's Muse details this escape as GWAR hide in the underground tunnels beneath their fortress, eventually coming across Jitler, a being created due to Adolf Hitler's crimes being so vast he had to merge with Jesus Christ as the song details "right at the ass".

"Murderer's Muse" is the third track in GWAR's 2006 album Beyond Hell, following directly after War Is All We Know and featuring a similar musical style, with the main difference being that Oderus' vocals are more reminiscent of his style during the This Toilet Earth era and the use of samples from 1964 movie Evil Brain from Outer Space.

Sleazy P. Martini, a character in the theatrical heavy metal band GWAR
While fleeing the U.S. on possible drug charges, Sleazy ends up crashing his helicopter in Antarctica, where Gwar has been imprisoned by The Master, frozen inside a cavern.

Sleazy is still referenced in Gwar's music, such as the song "Gwarnography" from the album Lust in Space.
Before setting off on tour with GWAR in the summer of 1997, the band entered the studio and recorded the single "D.W.S.O.B", which appeared on the soundtrack to the 1997 film Gummo.
The show also often featured music from some of Margera's favorite bands, such as HIM, CKY, The Bloodhound Gang, Cradle of Filth, Clutch, Turbonegro, Dimmu Borgir, Carnal Forge, Slayer, Gwar, Children of Bodom, The Bled and The 69 Eyes.
A second volume, Viva la Bands, Volume 2, was released in September 2007, coinciding with an American tour headlined by bands like Cradle of Filth, Gwar, CKY and Vains of Jenna.
