Parkway Drive

On 3 May, Parkway Drive uploaded a new studio update including a video of their time recording with Joe Barresi.

Parkway Drive then toured New Zealand and Australia in December for the first year of the festival No Sleep Til, playing with Megadeth, NOFX, Dropkick Murphys, A Day To Remember, GWAR, Atreyu, Descendents, Alkaline Trio, Frenzal Rhomb, Me First and the Gimme Gimme's, Suicide Silence, August Burns Red, Katatonia, 3 Inches of Blood, We Came As Romans, House Vs. Hurricane & Confession.

On 23 March 2010, Parkway Drive entered the studio to begin recording their third album, Deep Blue, with producer Joe Barresi.

In April 2013, Parkway Drive announced an Australian 10 year anniversary tour for September, where they would play material spanning their whole discography and play at some classic venues from their earlier days, with support from Confession, Northlane and Thy Art Is Murder on select dates.

Saṃsāra

Samsara is the title of the opening track of the album Deep Blue by Parkway Drive.

After touring the country with a list of local and international bands such as Give up the Ghost, The Hope Conspiracy, Miles Away and Parkway Drive Keighran decided to leave the band when offered a position as bass player for Queensland band The Scare.
