David Perper

Perper then joined a brief (1984–85) reunion of The Youngbloods, and is known to have played as a substitute drummer for The Rhythm Rockers (Robert Valdez, guitar; Gil Roman, bass and lead vocals) circa 1990, for one gig at the now defunct Pat O'Shea's Mad Hatter on Geary Boulevard in San Francisco.

John of Shanghai and San Francisco

He was entombed in a sepulchre beneath the altar of the Holy Virgin Cathedral he had built in San Francisco dedicated to the Theotokos, Joy of all who Sorrow on Geary Boulevard in the Richmond district.

Joseph Magnin Co.

At the time, I. Magnin Co. was located at Grant and Geary Streets, however in 1948 when I. Magnin built the new flagship store at Stockton and Geary streets, the two flagship stores were less than a block apart.
