ČSA Flight 511 was a flight operated by an Ilyushin Il-18 that crashed in Gräfenberg near Nürnberg on March 28, 1961 during flight across West Germany.

After serving 2 months in the casemates of the Buda castle, he started to suffer from a serious eye ailment, and he was permitted to travel to Gräfenberg (Lázně Jeseník), in Moravia with his family in order to cure his illness.

He was instrumental in the planning and development of institutions at Lengerich (1864), Eberswalde (1865), Andernach (1867), Schwerin (1874), Merzig (1876), Düren and Owinsk (1880), Berlin-Dalldorf, Grafenberg (1882) and Potsdam (1886).
Dr. Ernst Gräfenberg, another German physician after whom the G-spot is named, created the first Ring IUD, Gräfenberg's ring, made of silver filaments.
