Masaryk Circuit

The annual MotoGP Grand Prix of the Czech Republic is the circuit’s most important event.

Beginning in 1950, the circuit played host to the Czechoslovakian motorcycle Grand Prix, which became a world championship event from 1965 to 1982.

A World Sports Car Championship race was held in 1988, and a round of the A1 Grand Prix series in 2006.


1934 Moroccan Grand Prix

The 1934 Moroccan Grand Prix (also known as the 1934 Anfa Grand Prix or the 1934 Casablanca Grand Prix) was a Grand Prix that was held on 20 May 1934 at the street circuit in Anfa, a suburb of Casablanca, Morocco.

1947 General Juan Perón Grand Prix

The 1947 General Juan Perón Grand Prix was a Grand Prix motor race held at the Retiro street circuit in Buenos Aires on 9 February 1947.

1966 United States Grand Prix

He started racing at Southport sands on the Lancashire coast in 1932 moving on to circuit racing driving an MG, also racing in Bugatti's and Alfa Romeo's at Donnington and throughout Europe at Pau and Deauville in Grand Prix gaining wins at Brooklands in 1936.

Daimler-Benz DB 603

The Mercedes-Benz T80 land speed record car, designed by aircraft engineer Josef Mickl with assistance from Ferdinand Porsche and top German Grand Prix racing driver Hans Stuck, incorporated the third prototype DB 603.

He has also been the pit lane reporter for RTÉ TV's coverage of Grand Prix racing from 1997 to 2004.
