He formed two record labels; Pantomime (or Pantomine), and South East Music, and produced tracks by U Roy, Gregory Isaacs, Big Youth, I-Roy, Prince Jazzbo, Johnny Clarke, Lloyd Parks, and Little Roy.
Hibbert began to be active in Jamaican music in the mid-1970s, working as a keyboard player as part of The Professionals, The Aggrovators and The Revolutionaries, and playing on dozens of albums by artists such as Johnny Clarke, Gregory Isaacs, Jimmy London, Delroy Wilson, and Linval Thompson.
The album, produced by Donovan Germain, features various artists recorded over re-licks of two classic reggae riddims from Gregory Isaacs.
