At a young age, Michael was active in community theater, portraying lead characters in the musicals Blood Brothers, The Music Man, and Damn Yankees, which were performed at the Walnut Street Theatre in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Gregory Michael Ritchie (born 23 January 1960, Stanthorpe, Queensland) is a former Australian cricketer who played in 30 Tests and 44 ODIs from 1982 to 1987.
After several member changes in 2011, the line-up consisted of Jeremy Gregory, Michael Tan and Matt Bell, with producer Anthony Cormican often performing with the band as the lead guitarist, and John Sherrit as the band's sound engineer.
