The municipality is crossed by the II-19 highway from Gotse Delchev, Koprivlen, and Sadovo to the Greek border at Ilinden.
The municipal center - the town of Hadzhidimovo is located in the northern part of the municipality.
To the South Hadzhidimovo Municipality is bordering with the Greek municipality Kato Nevrokopi.
