Their self-released debut record, Dreams of Water, recorded with producer Marc Jacob Hudson (Two Tongues, Saves the Day), was released September 21, 2010, and received favorable reviews from critics.

On March 31, 2010 Matthew Fazzi and bassist Matthew Rubano announced that they were no longer members of Taking Back Sunday, as the band had decided to reunite with its original line-up, featuring founding member John Nolan and Shaun Cooper, who had originally left the band in 2003 to form Straylight Run after the release of Tell All Your Friends.

Fazzi is also currently a member of the brooklyn based indie-rock band, A Great Big Pile of Leaves.
