Heer and Hero is produced by Harjeet Bhullar and Etch-B, and stars Manissha Lamba, Arya Babbar, Gurpreet Ghuggi, Preet Bhullar, Mukul Dev and Manoj Pahwa, the film also has a song titled 'Haule Haule' by Music Director, Mukhtar Sahota, vocals of Ranjit Rana and Lyrics by Yaadwinder Pamma.
Mukhtar has produced songs for a number of Bollywood films, including the films, Saheb Biwi Aur Gangster, Diary of a Butterfly, Saheb, Biwi Aur Gangster Returns, and most recently for the forthcoming Punjabi Film, Heer and Hero.
