They founded the label in 2007 after leaving their previous label Xtra Mile Records, due to financial issues towards their then-upcoming album In Nothing We Trust.

The label's final release of the TwoByThree EP however features two songs each from the bands The Ghost Of A Thousand and Baddies, though they were never actually signed to the label.
