Archer Butler Hulbert, FRGS (26 Jan 1873 – 24 Dec 1933), historical geographer, writer, and professor of American history, son of Rev. Calvin Butler Hulbert and Mary Elizabeth Woodward, was born in Bennington, Vermont.
He is one of the leaders of the Serbian Progressive Party and an expert on Historical Geography, Head of the Historical Department at the Philosophical Faculty of the University of Priština in North Kosovska Mitrovica.
In 1933, Columbia University awarded Paullin and John Kirtland Wright the Loubat Prize for their Atlas of the Historical Geography of the United States (1932).
