On May 24, 2007, a section of Cornwall Gardens Road above a section between Holland Village and Farrer Road stations along the Circle Line collapsed, creating a 3 metre deep hole.
At the company's height, they operated six outlets at Holland Village, Suntec City, Wheelock Place, Bugis Junction and the Heeren Shops (2 outlets).
The group expanded into the suburbs and opened restaurants at Causeway Point and Holland Village in 1999, with the latter being known as "Seafood Kitchen".
