Sohn Kyung-han has been the law specialist in the field of Intellectual Property Law, International Trade Law, Technology law, Information Society Law, Sports law, Entertainment Law, and international arbitration.
He holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) Degree from Fourah Bay College, University of Sierra Leone, a Master of Laws from University College London and a post-graduate diploma in International Trade Law from the University Institute of European Studies.
He teaches in the fields of international trade law, communications and art law, European and global media law and the sociology of law at the University of Lucerne, lectures on audiovisual services in the MILE program of the World Trade Institute, and is a recognized expert in the field of audio-visual services.
He graduated from Pantheon-Sorbonne University, obtaining D.E.A. and a Ph.D. in Private International Law and International Trade Law.
Whilst still a student in Vienna, she worked for the United Nations Industrial Development Organization and the UN Commission for International Trade Law, and on completion of her studies she worked for various legal firms: first in Stuttgart with Gleiss Lutz; then back in Vienna with Wolf & Theis; and finally for the Fritz Kaiser Group in 1998–1999.
