J. Lincoln Newhall

He was an unsuccessful candidate for reelection in 1930 to the Seventy-second Congress and for election in 1934 to the Seventy-fourth Congress.

Born in Hunterstown (later changed to Louise), Province of Quebec, Canada, Newhall moved to Covington, Kentucky, with his parents in 1874.

He attended the public schools and was graduated from Martin's Academy, Covington, Kentucky, in 1886.
