In 2007, Reynolds and fellow professional skateboarders, Jim Greco and Erik Ellington, established Bakerboys Distribution, a company that distributes six companies that are owned by past and current Baker riders/associates.
Ellington cofounded the skateboard deck brand Deathwish with professional skateboarder Jim Greco in 2008 and, as of 2013, the two partners continue to co-own the company.
Thomas has explained that his nickname, "The Chief", was started by professional skateboarders Elissa Steamer, Erik Ellington and Jim Greco.
