As a chamber musician, she has collaborated with musicians such as Isaac Stern, Bruno Giuranna, Frans Helmerson, Janine Jansen, Julian Rachlin, David Kuyken and performed at many festivals such as Kuhmo (Finland), Gubbio (Italy), International Chamber Music Festival Utrecht (the Netherlands) and La Musica (the USA).
In 2013, he played at Mughal-era Shalimar Gardens in Srinagar, Kashmir in a concert conducted by Zubin Mehta called Ehsaas-e-Kashmir, playing the third movement of Tchaikovsky's violin concerto.

In 2011, he declined the invitation to play in the Miyazaki Prefecture due to radiation concerns in Japan from Fukushima I nuclear accidents.

In a project named Violins Of The World Igudesman has performed his violin duets with Gidon Kremer, Julian Rachlin, Janine Jansen, Vadim Repin, Pavel Vernikov and Alexandra Soumm.

He has published three violin sonatas, the second dedicated to Julian Rachlin and the third to Viktoria Mullova, who also played the world premiere of the piece.

His directing debut "Noseland" a feature length comedy documentary or mockumentary about classical musicians such as Julian Rachlin and Mischa Maisky and actors John Malkovich and Roger Moore is premiered at the Transilvanian International Film Festival in Romania in June, 2012.
The first prize winner of several competitions with the instruments of clarinet, piano and cello, Ottensamer has performed as soloist and chamber musician worldwide with partners such as the Vienna Virtuosi (members of the Vienna Philharmonic), the Vienna Chamber Orchestra and performers including Leif Ove Andsnes, Angelika Kirchschlager, Julian Rachlin and Yo-Yo Ma.
He has collaborated with many of the world's top classical artists, including Joshua Bell, Stephen Kovacevich, Elena Bashkirova, Julian Rachlin, and Hélène Grimaud.
