This a live DVD, featuring the entirety of the City Varieties show from which originated the tracks accompanying "Don't Go Gently" on iTunes.
The iTunes download does not include "Give Me a Rocket Pack and Show Me the Moon", but instead is accompanied by two other tracks ("It's Okay to Lie" and "Single Room") recorded live at the City Varieties, Leeds, on September 22, 2005.
Presented by Bobby Bennett from the Leeds City Varieties theatre, the show consisted of song and dance routines and featured a number of performers who would go on to stardom in Britain including Joe Longthorne, Pauline Quirke, Kathryn Apanowicz, Bonnie Langford, Janet Kay, Mark Curry and Malandra Burrows, later of Emmerdale.
Between 1953 and 1983, the theatre achieved national fame as the venue for the BBC television programme The Good Old Days, a recreation of old-time music hall featuring Leonard Sachs as the alliterative Chairman and many well-known and less-well-known performers.
