The Lega Italiana Calcio Professionistico (Italian for Italian Professional Football League), commonly known as Lega Pro (Pro League), is the governing body that runs the third and fourth highest football divisions in Italy, the Prima Divisione and Seconda Divisione respectively.
Between 1989 (when it acquired the sports title of G.S. Telgate of Telgate) and 1996 the club played a total of 4 seasons in Serie C1 and 3 in Serie C2.
Founded in 1965, Figline always played in the amateur leagues until 2008, being promoted to Serie D in 2006 and then winning a second promotion as 2007–08 Serie D/E champions, thus achieving a spot in the Lega Pro Seconda Divisione for the 2008–09 season; both promotions came with Leonardo Semplici as head coach and attacking midfielder Anselmo Robbiati, formerly of Internazionale and Fiorentina, as captain.
Alberto Gallinetta (born 16 April 1992 in Giussano, Italy) is an Italian football player who is currently playing for Chieti Calcio in the Italian Lega Pro Seconda Divisione, on loan from Serie A champions, Juventus
Carmine Biagio Gatti (born February 10, 1988 in Avellino) is an Italian professional football player currently playing for Lega Pro Seconda Divisione team V.F. Colligiana on loan from S.S.C. Napoli.
In April 2013, following the sacking of Renato Buso, 73-year old Corrado Orrico was appointed new head coach of Lega Pro Seconda Divisione strugglers Gavorrano, in deep relegation zone with four remaining games to the end of season.
Under Goveani, and under the captaincy of former Cagliari mainstay Gianluca Festa, Nuorese promptly won two promotions in a row, being crowned Eccellenza Sardinia champions in 2004–05 and Serie D – Girone B winners in 2005–06, thus returning to play in Serie C2 the following season.
