Liberation and reconstruction loan (Arabic:قرض التحرير وإعادة الإعمار) is a $80 billion loan (22 billion K.D) provided by the Kuwait Investment Authority for the Kuwaiti government in Taif in Saudi Arabia during the period of the Iraqi occupation of Kuwait in 1990.
