Representatives of Magna International, The Dominion Institute, CBC and the Fulbright Program selected four contestants to appear on the show after a cross-country university campus tour.
The Dura location in Adrian, Michigan was closed and all production of Dura related business was moved to the Aguascalientes, Mexico facility that Magna also inherited in the summer of 2007.
