General Flagg

General Flagg is in the brig, which contains two prisoners, Major Bludd and a prominent Cobra Officer named Scar-Face.

Major Bludd

Born in Sydney, Australia, Sebastian Bludd was trained by the Australian Special Air Service, served with that regiment in South East Asia, left to join the French Foreign Legion and saw action in Algeria, all before becoming a mercenary.

Another poem written by Bludd was published in the mimeographed quarterly Attica Gazette: "A mercenary's job is a heartless one / I'm a soldier for hire, like a pawn-shop gun / My ruthless tactics keep you on your toes / 'Cause I fight 'em all, whether friends or foes!"

He appeared briefly in the beginning of G.I. Joe: The Movie, in the attack on the Statue of Liberty, just before his glider was shot down by the Joes.

He is easily identified by his eyepatch and Snidely Whiplash-style mustache.
