Malcolm Pearson, Baron Pearson of Rannoch (born 1942), British insurance executive and former leader of the UK Independence Party
On 22 October 2010, the British media reported that Julian Messent, a former executive in the reinsurance firm PWS (owned by Lord Pearson), had pleaded guilty in Southwark Crown Court to paying £ 1.2 million in bribes to three Costa Rican officials, in exchange for a contract with the state insurance monopoly, the Instituto Nacional de Seguros (INS).
Lord Pearson was a member of the House of Lords.

During the Cold War, Lord Pearson became famous as a leading critic of totalitarianism in the Soviet Union and by his support for Soviet dissidents.

In November 2013, Pearson was criticised for his comments about Islam in the United Kingdom, stating that "We see Sharia law running de facto in our land and we see a birth rate which is several times ours" and "These people hate us with frightening religious fervour and we are right to fear them."
