He replaced Russell Pockett on drivetime when 102.2 Smooth Radio relaunched in early 2007, and remained in the slot until December 2008.
Paul took over the Drivetime show from December 2008 until the end of 2010 after Martin Collins left the station.
He later moved to drivetime, where he remained on the rebranded 102.2 Smooth FM until March 2007, when a further rebrand to 102.2 Smooth Radio saw him replaced by ex-Virgin Radio presenter Martin Collins.
