In 1926, she again received a significant infusion of much-needed cash when the famed Kellogg Arabian Ranch in California, owned by breakfast cereal magnate W. K. Kellogg, spent over $80,000 to purchase a number of Crabbet horses.

Frank B. Kellogg

Kellogg was elected as a Republican to the United States Senate from Minnesota in 1916 and served from March 4, 1917 to March 4, 1923 in the 65th, 66th, and 67th Congresses.

John Burden

In 1901 the Burdens went to Australia where they helped Merritt G. Kellogg who was founding the Wahroonga Sanitarium (now the Sydney Adventist Hospital) in Wahroonga, Sydney.

Martin W. Littleton

Born near Kingston in Roane County, Tennessee, he moved to Texas in 1881 with his parents, who settled in Dallas.

He was prosecuting attorney of Dallas County from 1893 to 1896, and in the latter year moved to New York City and continued the practice of his profession.
