Derhamia hoffmannorum is a species of pencilfish endemic to Guyana, where it is found in the Mazaruni River.
Its source is in the remote western forests of the Pakaraima Mountains and its confluence with the Cuyuni River is near Bartica.

Skiotocharax meizon is a species of South American darter endemic to Guyana where it is found in the basins of the Mazaruni and Berbice Rivers.
