2009 Paraguayan Primera División season

The 2009 División Profesional season (officially the 2009 Copa TIGO for sponsorship reasons) is the 75th season of top-flight professional football in Paraguay.

The Campeonato de Apertura, also the Torneo TIGO Apertura for sponsorship reasons, is the first championship of the season.

The Campeonato de Clausura, also the Torneo Tigo Clausura for sponsorship reasons, is the second championship of the season.

2012 Paraguayan Primera División season

The Campeonato de Apertura, also the Copa TIGO-Visión Banco for sponsorship reasons, was the 106º official championship of the Primera División, called "Don Jesús Manuel Pallarés", and was the first championship of the 2012 season.

The Campeonato de Clausura, also the Copa TIGO-Visión Banco for sponsorship reasons, was the 107º official championship of the Primera División, called "Centenario Club Cerro Porteñi, and was the second championship of the 2012 season.

MIC Tanzania Limited

In February 2006, after buying out its minority shareholders, the Luxembourg-based pan-African mobile operator Millicom International Cellular announced to take a full control of three of its African-based Mobile operators including MIC Tanzania limited.

This corporation was a joint venture between Millicom International Cellular based in Luxembourg, Ultimate Communications Limited of Tanzania and Tanzania Posts and Telecommunications Corporation.

In Tanzania a USD 1.332 million deal enables Millicom to acquire the remaining 16% stake it did not already own after the cellco’s minority shareholders agreed to cancel their call option on the business.

Tele2

Tele2 started the operations in Russia by acquiring 12 regional mobile operators from its sister company Millicom in 2001.
