Edward A. Flynn (born c. 1948), law enforcement official who has been Chief of the Milwaukee Police Department.
In January 1981 Milwaukee police officers arrested and allegedly severely beat Wendy O. Williams, singer of the punk group The Plasmatics, for simulating sex on stage.

Gabrish is now chief of police for the town of Trenton, Wisconsin, 30 miles north of Milwaukee.
