She was the third wife of "His Imperial and Exalted Highness" Nizam Mukarram Jah, Nizam of Hyderabad, Imperial Prince of the Ottoman Empire.

Following the birth of her sons Prince Mukarram Jah in 1933 and Prince Muffakham Jah in 1939, she took charge of their upbringing, the two princes being educated in Britain and also marrying Turkish ladies.
