Forming "The Pack" with "Dirty Deeds" Darren Wyse and The Hungarian Barbarian, the stable would dominate several East Coast independent promotions during the late 1990s including National Championship Wrestling before the stable broke up with Bad Crew fighting Wyse and The Hungarian Barbarian for several years in one of the longest running feuds on the independent circuit.

After being signed to a deal with World Championship Wrestling in 2000, Parris, under his Air Paris name, debuted for the promotion alongside former NWA Wildside rival A.J. Styles (who was now going by the Air Styles name in that promotion at this time) on the February 14, 2001 episode of Thunder, where they lost to Evan Karagias and Jamie Noble.
In 2005, Delay and former enemy Sal Rinauro joined forces in NWA Wildside and toured several National Wrestling Alliance promotions as well as Full Impact Pro and Elite Championship Wrestling.
